Two days after a wild end to the Friday-night schedule – which featured several top teams playing to thrilling finishes on the west coast – there again will be a handful of big Division I women's soccer games on Sunday, Sept. 12. Most notably, there are six head-to-head matchups between teams ranked in the top-50 of the CollegeSoccer360 Composite National Rankings. Three of those games involve top-12 teams: #12 Santa Clara vs. #33 Georgia (12 ET; @Stanford) ... #35 Penn State at #4 Portland (2:30 PT) ... and #41 Central Florida at #10 Florida State (1 ET).
Sunday's schedule will feature 33 games involving CS360 top-50 teams, with 39 of the top-50 teams in action (six head-to-head) while 11 others are idle: #5 Boston College, #7 Florida, #13 BYU, #17 Oregon St., #19 Georgetown, #31 Cincinnati, #32 Ohio St., #34 Monmouth, #39 Illinois, #40 UNC Greensboro and #42 Marquette.
