Morgan – a key member of the U.S. Under-20 National Team – was an honorable mention all-Pac-10 performer as a freshman in 2007, when she was Cal's leading scorer with 18 points (8G-2A). She went on to register a hat trick for the Bears in a 2008 spring game vs. North Carolina and returned in the 2008 fall season to again lead Cal in scoring with 23 points (9G-5A). Days after the end of the '08 college season, Morgan scored the gamewinning goal for Team USA in the U-20 World Cup gold-medal game vs. Korea (2-1).
